Morris Shaffer Engineering provided the structural engineering for the expansion of the showroom and service buildings, along with the remodel of the existing dealership. The structure consists of multiple different structural systems including: steel ordinary moment frames, special reinforced masonry shearwalls, panelized wood roof diaphragms, high-load wood floor diaphragms, metal deck diaphragms, and a skylight that splits the showroom in half by utilizing a Vierendeel steel frame and collector system.
